Prayer Garden

Our Prayer Garden has recently been developed to brighten up the corridor and provide a calm welcoming, prayerful space for the children. It was officially blessed by Father Martin in a Celebration of the Word service attended by the children from Mini-Vinnies, the School Council, House Captains, Vice-Captains, along with School Governors, Barbara Reilly O’ Donnell – representative from the Trust and Artist Geri Mole who designed our stained-glass window display. 

Our Prayer Garden is a special place for us in school it is used for reflective prayer, meditation and the rosary by all children in school.

Girls Football Team

Congratulations to our girls football team who made it to the Washington girls cup finals. They team have excellent determination and sporting attitude during all training sessions and matches. Well done girls we are very proud.

Year 4 Tennis Coaching

Year 4 completed Tennis coaching by Mr Fowler from Sunderland Tennis Centre. The children worked really hard to develop their tennis skills. Eight children were then picked to compete in the Sunderland City Tennis Finals.
